Vinyasa Yoga

Translated as “to place in a special way”, Vinyasa Yoga coordinates movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. This class is an alignment-oriented, flowing yoga class that improves strength, cardiovascular health, as well as flexibility. This perfect combination of power, mindfulness and focus makes Vinyasa Yoga a crowd favourite!
Original Hot Yoga

A class that is designed to stretch and strengthen specific muscles, ligaments and joints required for successive postures in the sequence. Original Hot Yoga stimulates the organs, glands and nerves by moving fresh oxygenated blood to 100% of the body, restoring a natural balance to all systems in the body. Increased mental clarity and stress reduction are just some of the benefits attributed to this classic workout.
Hot HIIT Pilates

A fun, challenging, full-body, high-intensity workout performed on a yoga mat in a heated room with energetic music. This class will quickly strengthen your muscles and burn fat without the pounding of a high impact workout. When the workout is complete, you will continue to burn calories as you go about your day. All fitness levels welcome but expect a challenge.
Full Body Sweat

The best sweat. Full body circuits involving body weight, light resistance training and cardio. Expect our signature HIIT movements, mobility flows and core segments to give that full body sweat. All levels welcome and modifications always made where necessary!
Sculpt & Tone (Beginner Friendly)

A non-impact class that uses your body weight to take you through a perfect mix of contemporary Pilates and Yoga poses to condition and sculpt your body. We work on both isolation (small muscle groups) and compound (big muscle groups) exercises followed by upper body and of course a killer cardio series.
Yin Yoga (Beginner Friendly)

A style of mindful practice where deep and gentle stretches are held for extended periods of time (up to 5 minutes per posture). Yin Yoga is a great way to open up tight hips and hamstrings, and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through the physical sensations of your body. It can also be a meditative practice that helps you find your inner peace. This restorative practice is an awesome way to wind down for the evening!
Slow Flow Yoga (Beginner Friendly)

Using your breath as your guide, Slow Flow Yoga mindfully flows through postures that lead naturally from one pose to the next. This class will focus on correct physical alignment, movement, breathing, and mental focus. At its core, this style focuses on body relaxing and helps to cleanse and free your mind!
